In order to make the tension of the cable reel more uniform, the braking force of the cable reel needs to be adjusted before use.

As shown in the above figure, install the wire reel and then rotate it clockwise to feel the magnitude of the braking force. (In principle, the thicker the silk thread that needs to be placed, the greater the required braking force; otherwise, the smaller the required braking force. The specific situation depends on actual use.)

Loosen the nut, turn the tension gun screw, and adjust the tightness of the brake band. Make the braking force of each spool similar.

Position 1 in the above figure separates the tension of the tension gun into two adjustable ranges by changing the torque.
When it is necessary to place thread with a diameter of 0.08 or less, hold position 2 with both hands and lift it up and then push it forward, moving position 1 from the right to the left.
